This is your invitation to participate in the 2013/2014 Policies and Benefits Survey!
This survey covers the most current trends on: Health and Welfare Benefits; Retirement Benefits; Pay Practices; Paid Time Off; Part-Time Employee Benefits; Recruitment, Training and Development, and others.
Breakouts are by company size and include employee group breakouts – union/non-union; non-exempt, clerical, technical; exempt professional, managerial.
The policies and benefits survey is conducted every other year through the cooperation of various employer associations nationwide who are a part of the Employers Association of America (EAA). Both a National report and a San Diego report are produced with the local version consisting of data from the members of the San Diego Employers Association and other San Diego Companies.
SDEA members who participate will receive the results at NO CHARGE.
Non-member companies may participate for a nominal fee of $75 and will receive the results of the compiled data at no additional charge.
(If you do not wish to participate, you may still purchase the survey results at cost.)
