This program will show how to add power and punch to your program in order to provide a new hire with a successful start to the organization. Learn how to decrease new hire turnover, increase morale and loyalty, as well as project a positive company climate and culture to your workforce.

- A map (tool) for designing an effective orientation program
- What information needs to be covered in an orientation program – including checklists
- Techniques for making the orientation program interactive
- How to tie the orientation program to performance management
- Tools for engaging your supervisors as part of the on-boarding team
- How to effectively evaluate your orientation program and continuously improve it
