This program will provide participants with the leadership tools they will need to grasp the full range of their responsibilities, inspire others, and achieve results as newly appointed supervisors. This workshop focuses on the communication, motivation, and problem solving skills necessary for supervisory success, as well as providing the practical tools needed to build positive working relationships. This is a “must have” experience for all new supervisors.

ALL cancellations for any SDEA event must be received:
- 5 business days prior to the event to receive a full refund
- 3-5 business days before the event, to receive a 50% refund
- 48 business hours before, registrants will not be eligible for a refund.
** Scheduled participants who fail to attend will be billed the full cost of registration.
