San Diego Employer’s Association (SDEA)

Since 1914 members have relied on SDEA to provide essential HR services and programs that create and preserve an inspired, healthy, and productive workforce.  For nearly one hundred years, members have seen us as an extraordinary resource for convenient, timely, and useful solutions to a broad range of HR concerns. Locally centered in one of San Diego’s many successful business districts, SDEA serves its valued members by:

  • Providing optimal HR service that generates mutual success for both SDEA and our clients.  Through surveys, on-site support, harassment prevention, audits, reviews, and a vault of online resources all in one location, SDEA members reduce workplace risk and streamline operations.
  • Hosting numerous training events throughout the year that keep attendees up to date on a wide variety of relevant business and HR topics.  Training events are featured at optimal times both online, on-site and in our on-site training facility.
  • Fostering and maintaining beneficial relationships with complimentary industries to deliver the most comprehensive, all-in-one support to members.
  • Constantly setting the standard of excellence in the HR community by exercising our core values of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and quality.
