San Diego County Wage & Salary Survey

Annually the Employers Association Group (EAG), of which SDEA is a part, sponsors the production of the national survey. The survey is conducted and published by a participating affiliate association.  This report has been published annually since 1983.

In the survey you will find:

  • Base pay information for 92 jobs
  • Data for Office, Clerical, and Technical; and Supervisory and Professional positions
  • Statistics for the weighted average, median and mid 50% range (25th and 75th percentiles)
  • Data from 39 regions of the country, covering 17 states and 61 major metropolitan / regional areas.

SDEA is always looking for and welcomes new participants to add to its already extensive list of companies providing data.  Participants receive a complimentary copy of the survey results upon its release.

The SDEA 2008 Wage & Salary Survey includes data on 210 jobs contributed by 150 companies covering 9078 incumbents.
