The Strategic Role of HR For Business

This course provides a foundation for human resources as a strategic business function. Learn how to link good employee relations with best business practices to support the forward movement of your organization. You will learn how to use key tools to speak the language of the business in transforming human performance into solid results.
Finance & Accounting For HR Professionals

Learn the basics of finance, accounting, budgets and cost control. You’ll learn what accounting does, what data is contained in financial statements and how to use that data to see how well your company is performing. You’ll also learn why budgets exist and how to put them to use in controlling costs.
Business Ethics

“Ethics” refers to moral principles or a code of conduct. “Business ethics” is a buzz phrase used repeatedly as a result of corporate scandals beginning with Enron. Learn how to know what our organization should focus on in managing the ethics of our corporation and our workforce.
Leadership And Change Management

With the changing markets and business approaches, HR Professionals have many roles to play in managing change in their organization. Strategic Compensation

Compensation is the best tool that organizations have to extract the highest level of performance from its employees. Because of this, a compensation strategy must be strongly tied to a company’s overall business strategy. This course will cover the strategic placement of compensation and how it relates to the Human Resources function, as well as the success of an organization.
