SDEA is an HRCI-approved training provider. We understand that an important part of the career of the Human Resources professional is obtaining and maintaining professional certification. Whether you are working towards your PHR or SPHR certification, or need recertification credits, we can help you. SDEA provides a 14-week certification preparatory course to help you successfully pass the PHR/SPHR exam and almost all of our Professional Development courses listed on our site are aligned towards recertification credits.

In 2007 we developed the Strategic Management Series as a 5-week series that allows you to obtain all 15 required Strategic Management recertification credits.
