Employee Orientation

A properly conducted new employee orientation shortens the learning curve, increases productivity, improves compliance with company policies and procedures and decreases turnover. Statistics show that well trained, properly oriented new hires are significantly more successful in their positions and more loyal to their employers. This workshop will enhance and simplify new hire paperwork processing and serve as a cross-check for designing group and one-on-one orientations.

We'll cover corporate policies and expectations, benefits, training techniques and checklists, as well as:

• Defining when an employee orientation begins
  
• The supervisor's role in an employee orientation
• How long the entire process should take
