Everyone insists, "You must document." However, HOW you document is just as important as the process itself. GOOD documentation may prevent lawsuits, wrongful discharge claims, union grievances, discrimination charges, unemployment claims and workers compensation claims. BAD documentation can be worthless or may even be used against you. This workshop will provide you with hands-on, practical experience in composing written warnings. You will learn to create a "win-win" environment, while protecting your company's interests in the event termination is required.
