This is a practical workshop for employers who want to assess and organize or consider alternative approaches to their pay policies. In this handson workshop, participants will review principles, methods and techniques used to develop, install and maintain effective pay plans. Participants will utilize survey data to develop a new wage structure and/or adjust an existing structure.
