This full day course will provide you with an overview of compensation and the role that compensation has to organizations today.

Topics will include the “total rewards” approach; regulatory environment; job evaluation and analysis; relating job performance to compensation; wages and incentive plans; utilization of wage and salary surveys; and other non-financial compensation issues. This course is intended for those new to compensation and human resource professionals or managers/supervisors that want to learn more
about compensation.
