SDEA is a non-profit membership organization specializing in human resources consultation and training. Founded in 1914 as a labor negotiating organization representing employers in collective bargaining agreements. In the 1950’s we added consultation and training services, and our focus in the 21st century is on partnering with members to develop strategic and effective workforces and develop their human resources management.

For annual membership dues you receive unlimited HR consultation with our certified consultants, a monthly newsletter full of practical and legislative updates, discounted trainings and other consulting services, annual salary data for the San Diego County area and more.
